There are 2 options available for our agency members.

Option 1:

To be listed on our website and available for hire to the general public.

Option 2:

Not listed on our website and only available for hire to your family and friends.

Option 1 cost: Comprehensive self drive insurance rates for motorhomes and campervans up to a gross weight of 3500Kg is £20 per day + £15 administration charge per hire, minimum hire 3 days, for self generated leads.

Extra charges for leads generated by Bay Motorhomes. 60% of hire cost goes to the owner and 40% goes to Bay Motorhomes including the above insurance costs. These are to be agreed before agency membership.

Any motorhomes above 3500Kg, rates on request.

Option 2 cost: Comprehensive self drive insurance rates for motorhomes and campervans up to a gross weight of 3500Kg is £20 per day + £15 administration charge per hire, minimum hire 3 days, for family and friends.

Any motorhomes over 3500Kg, rates on request.

Not all conditions below are applicable to option 2.

You supply

We supply

1. Motorhomes no more than 5 years old.

2. Cab and habitation services up to date.

3. Corgi LPG gas certificate after 1 year old.

4. PAT testing on all electrical appliances after 1 year old.

5. Vehicle taxed and MOT where applicable.

6. Breakdown policy.

7. Internet facility.

8. Parking for your customers vehicle if required.

9. Spotless clean vehicle for your hirer.

10. Check list of equipment provided for your hirer.

11. Your own leads and marketing of your motorhome.

1. Fully comprehensive insurance.

2. Terms and conditions for your hirer.

3. Damage sheet.

4. Visa facility.

5. Buying, selling, servicing and parts advice.

6. Extra leads through our marketing and advertising.

Breakdown of contract between Bay Motorhomes and the motorhome owner:

1. You the member abide by our insurance company terms and conditions.

2. Ensure that the hirer abides by Bay Motorhomes terms and conditions.

3. Ensure that the hirer abides by our insurance company terms and conditions.

4. To fulfill our obligation to the hirer.
